Dr. Sadia R. Chaudry has over fourteen years experience as a Family Physician. She completed her medical training at Howard University College of Medicine in Washington D.C. in 1991. She then went on to complete her residency program in Family Medicine at Robert Wood Johnson-UMDNJ in New Brunswick, NJ.

Dr. Chaudry was born in a suburb of Chicago, Illinois and raised in Northern NJ. She resides here in Essex County and has chosen to start her new practice in Caldwell, NJ because of the continued need for Primary Care Physicians in the North Essex area. She is dedicated to help her patients maintain a comfortable level of general health by focusing on education, prevention, early detection, and treatment.

The office accepts most insurances and is commited to maintaining a flexible schedule for her patients including evening, weekend, and same day appointments whenever possible.
